Dear all SCs,

Please take note that there will be 2 National Day events and photoshoot coming up. Below is the list of councillors selected for various event.

National Day Celebration (8 August 2011)
1. The WHOLE council (except for Band members and people involved in the parade)
We will be having a briefing on Monday morning. Every councillors are to be punctual. Basically, your job is to led the school in singing of the National Day sing-along session. Further instructions will be given during the morning briefing.

Attire: red or white plain top with school green bottom

National Day Observation Parade (9 August 2011)

Time: 7.30am (Parade starts, meeting time to be confirmed.)
Venue: Parade square
Attire: Grey blazers (You need to have your white long sleeve shirt and plain black shoes.)

**Meet Ivy outside the SC room on Monday, 8 August, after the National Day celebrations to get your blazers.

Student Council Photo Shoot (11 August 2011)
1. The WHOLE council
There will be a Council photoshoot next Thursday. All councillors are to be present at the photoshoot in MPH. An email has been sent out by Ms Pang to excuse all SCs from lessons.

Attire: Sec1s and sec2s, school uniform with tie and tie clip. Sec3s, grey blazers with school uniform and black shoes. Excos, grey blazers with white shirt and black shoes.

**ALL sec3s and excos are to meet Ivy outside the SC room on Monday, 8 August, after the National Day celebrations to get your blazers.
