Open House for Yuhua Primary Students

The following people please take note that you have been selected to help out on the 2nd of November for the school's Open House/ Tour for the P6 Yuhua Primary students who will be visiting our school:

There will be a training tomorrow in school to show you the routes, different stations and for you to be familiarise with them. Below are the details for tomorrow's training:
Venue: School Canteen
Time: 4.00pm
Attire: School Base Tshirt and School Pants/Skirt
Remarks: Please bring a notepad or foolscap paper if you dont have one and a pen with you to take down notes

We apologize for the short notice and for causing any inconvenience. Please inform you're department heads if you can't make it either tomorrow or the 2nd itself as soon as possible. Excuse slip will be given to those who need any (please inform your department head too if you need an excuse slip), and we hope to see you all tomorrow .
