Dear Sec 2, 3 Councillor and the sec 4 ex-co members,
There will be an Investiture rehearsal on the 7th of July 2010 for the Sec 2s, Sec 3s as well as sec 4s ex-cos.
Time : 2:30pm for all the Sec3 & 4 Excos.
2:50pm for the rest of the councillors
Attire : Full school uniform with tie or badge.

Venue : Canteen ( I want to see all the councillors to be there at 2:50pm sharp)
Details: This is our 6th & final rehearsal and we will go through everything, so i want to see full attendance tomorrow. Please pass down this message to your friends or juniors.
This rehearsal is COMPULSORY and ATTENDANCE will be taken! Do message the 5 organizing team members( Odwin, Syazwani, Deddy, Felicia, Ashwin, Yung Hui ),Thank you! For those who is not coming tomorrow and without any valid reason, I'm sorry to say that we will have to bring up this matter to the teacher-in-charge. Please be more understanding!! This will be our last rehearsal and it also means that we are near to the real investiture. Last, we would like to see FULL ATTENDANCE tomorrow.
Late comers will need to tell us earlier otherwise you will be counted as absent.
