Shuqun 85th Anniversary.

Hello Student Councillors,

This is the list of names of 30 SCs who are helping out for the Shuqun 85th Anniversary on Saturday and TOMORROW. Yes tomorrow, 28th July 2010. We need to go down to Shuqun Primary school to help out for some things tomorrow at 1.45pm (might be earlier). We will gather at the Parade Square after lunch. Attire Check

Dear Councillors,

There will be an Attire Check conducted tomorrow, Monday,19th July 2010 and on Tuesday, 20th July 2010. The following are details for the check.

Time: 6.50 am sharp
Venue: School canteen, please look for Felicia once you're there
Attire: School Uniform with your tie and tie clip ON
Details: We are conducting this attire check as we have been receiving feedbacks from teachers that our councillors attire is not up to standard or sloppy looking.Please, make sure your attire is in tip-top condition not just tomorrow and on Tuesday, but everyday.
Remarks: Councillors who are doing Hall Duty, please report to Felicia earlier, as you have to do your duty. As for those who are doing Late Coming Duty tomorrow, you need not report to the canteen, as I will check your attire. Attendance is compulsory.

SC Investiture'10

Dear Sec2, Sec3 councillors and sec4 exco members,

Tomorrow will be our actual investiture for the lower sec assembly. I hope all of you will be present tomorrow as this event is very important for all of us. Please take note of all the details below as they are very important.

Attire: Sec2 & Sec3 councillors: Full school uniform, SC tie, Sc tie clip

LAST rehearsal!

There will be an Investiture rehearsal on the 12th of July 2010 (tomorrow!) for the Sec 2s, Sec 3s as well as sec 4s ex-cos. This rehearsal is to prepare us for the Tuesday Investiture so that we will all still remember what are we suppose to do. Anyway tomorrow is our LAST rehearsal! :D

Time: 3.30pm
Venue: School canteen first :)

Attire: School Uniform or Half-uniform

Note: Please be on time so that we can start early and end early. :D Tomorrow rehearsal won't end that late if you guys cooperate with us. Anyway, we are going to have a last rehearsal before our real investiture.

Details: This is our 6th & final rehearsal and we will go through everything, so i want to see full attendance tomorrow. Please pass down this message to your friends or juniors.

This rehearsal is COMPULSORY and ATTENDANCE will be taken! Do message the 5 organizing team members( Odwin, Syazwani, Deddy, Felicia, Ashwin, Yung Hui ),Thank you! For those who is not coming tomorrow and without any valid reason, I'm sorry to say that we will have to bring up this matter to the teacher-in-charge. Please be more understanding!! This will be our last rehearsal and it also means that we are near to the real investiture. Last, we would like to see FULL ATTENDANCE tomorrow.
