Investiture Meeting and Department Selection

Dear Sec 2 and 3 Councilors,

There will be a meeting this coming Thursday, 17th June 2010 regarding this year's Investiture for both Sec 2 and 3, as well as the Allocation of Department for the Sec 2s ONLY.

Events:

Allocation of Department Meeting
Time: 12pm-1.30pm
Attire:Full School Uniform with your SC collar pin
Details:This is not only compulsory, but important for the rest of your council years ahead.You will have to choose the department that you want to be part of in the council. This is important as you would not want to be allocated to a department that you do not want to be in.Councilor(s) that choose their desired departments on the 17th will be given priority as compared to those who choose in a later date, unless with a valid reason for not attending.Further details will be announced on the day itself.
Remarks:Please bring enough money for your lunch as we will be having our Investiture meeting after your lunch break.

Investiture Meeting
Time:2pm - TBC ( to be confirmed)
Attire:Full School Uniform with your SC tie (Sec 3s) / SC collar pin (Sec 2s)
Details:Attendance is compulsory.Further details will be announced on the day itself
Remarks:Please have your lunch before the meeting and remember to bring your tie/collar pin.
