Actual Open House for Yuhua Primary Students

Hey councillors,

There will be no meeting/training for the tour on Tuesday tomorrow. Instead, we'll do one round of rehearsal on the same morning the P6 will be coming to our school. The following are the details for the actual day:

Time: 7.30am onwards
Attire: School Uniform with tie and tie clip
Venue: School Canteen
Details: We'll be doing at least one round of rehearsal before we actually bring the P6 on the tour.
Remarks: Please make sure that your attire is at it's best as we want to leave the P6 with a good impression of our school and our students as well.

Last but not least, please don't be late!! As a Student Councillor, i don't expect you to make this kind of small mistake.

Hey Councillors,

Remember about the workshop that was told to you guys on Friday? Yes. It is confirmed that we'll be having a workshop tomorrow,Tuesday, 7th of September 2010.
The following are the details on tomorrow's workshop...

Details: This workshop is basically to gel the SC together as well as to pick up new skills that will help you in terms of being a Leader.

This workshop is STRICTLY COMPULSORY and ATTENDANCE will be taken. Mr Tan say he will be there himself to help facilitate the workshop. Details: We are conducting this attire check as we have been receiving feedbacks from teachers that our councillors attire is not up to standard or sloppy looking.Please, make sure your attire is in tip-top condition not just tomorrow and on Tuesday, but everyday.
Remarks: Councillors who are doing Hall Duty, please report to Felicia earlier, as you have to do your duty. As for those who are doing Late Coming Duty tomorrow, you need not report to the canteen, as I will check your attire. Attendance is compulsory.
