New duty list for 2012

Hello SC!

This will be the new duty list with effect on 03 JANUARY 2012, Tuesday which is the first day of school! This also means that whether or not you're having duty, all tie and tie clips have to be worn from the first day of school.
If you have noticed, there will be no councillor in charged of putting the chairs for every Assembly period. This is because the teachers and EXCOs want to see initiative in everyone of you to arrange the chairs and keeping them after the Assembly without being told to do so. So, please don't disappoint us!

Events for December 2011

Hello SC! Do take note of the following events that are happening in the last 2 weeks of December.

1. SECONDARY 1 REGISTRATION
Date: 22 December 2011, Thursday
Time: TBC
Venue: School
Attire: Full school uniform, tie and tie clip

There will also be a briefing for ALL SCs INVOLVED in this event.
Date: 21 December 2011, Wednesday
Time: 10.30am
Venue: 1A classroom
Attire: School base top and green bottom

2. SECONDARY 1 ORIENTATION TRAINING
Date: 27 December 2011, Tuesday
Time: 8.45am - 4.30pm (8.15am for EXCOs)
Venue: School, AVA room
Attire: SC shirt (2011 one) with school green bottom and WHITE SCHOOL SHOES
(Sec2 boys, if you still have your green shorts, please wear them)
*THIS TRAINING IS ONLY FOR 2011 SEC2s and SEC3s!

Bring along: Writing materials, writing papers and sufficient money for lunch
*For lunch, Mr Faizal might be ordering packet food for everyone of us. So, please prepare a min. of $2 to be paid to the EXCOs on 27 December morning for lunch.

Do note that this training is conducted by Mr Faizal B and is very important! Therefore, attendance is compulsory! If you happen to be absent on that day, a valid proof (parent's letter or flight tickets/passport stamp) have to be shown to us when school reopens.
For Band members, you will attend your CCA practice first then you join us after CCA has ended.
For Wushu members, you will attend the training first then we will release you at 2pm for your CCA.

3. UPDATING YOUR PARTICULARS
I'm sure that everyone of us will have a change of class for 2012, especially the sec2s. Therefore, I need each and everyone of you to help me by giving your 2012 CLASSES and also, if any, new contact number to your respective Secretary ASAP!
