July 2012 Duty list

Dear SCs,

I have attached the new duty list below, on behalf of the 4th EXCOS.
Please take note of the changes in the duty list and you're reminded to turn up for your duty accordingly and punctually.

Adding on, the rules of the duty still apply.
1. You are to turn up for all your duties regularly.
2. If you can't make it/is going to be late for school, make sure that you INFORM the respective EXCOS in charge latest by 7am.
3. SCs doing the file and late-coming duty, please put on your tie and tie clip before going into the General Office.
4. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL.



PLEASE NOTE THAT ABOVE DUTY LIST WILL TAKE EFFECT ON 19 JULY 2012, THURSDAY.

Investiture Rehearsals 2012

Dear ALL SCs,

This is a reminder! There will be INVESTITURE REHEARSALS this WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY.

Date: 20, 21 and 22 June 2012, Wednesday to Friday
Time: 9am to 2pm (Please report 15mins earlier, which is 8.45am)
Venue: MPH
Attire: School based top and school green bottom (20 and 21 June) ; FULL School uniform with tie and tie clip (22 June)
Things to bring: Water bottle, a pen.

Please be reminded to have a heavy breakfast before reporting to school as there will only be short water and toilet breaks in between.
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY! For those of you who are unable to attend any of the rehearsals, please inform your respective department heads or at least your friend(s) so that the EXCOS can be informed on the rehearsals day itself. Please provide a valid reason with PROVE for your absence to any of the EXCOS when school reopens. Example, a photocopied passport (stamped page) if you are overseas. If any failed to do so, he/she has to face serious consequences.

Trainee SCs department allocation

Dear all TRAINEE SCs,

I have attached the Department Allocation result below. Do check for your respective department! Please note that there's a few things to take note about the entire Department Allocation rules.

1. Once you're allocated to any of the departments, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR DEPARTMENT AT ALL.

2. You are to REMAIN IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT for as long as you are in the Student Council Board.

3. You are to attend all events/meeting with regards to your respective department, as well as with regards to the Student Council Board.

4. If you not able to make it for any events/meetings/rehearsals with a VALID REASON, the FIRST PERSON to be informed is your RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT HEAD or the SECRETARY.

5. Respect the EXCOS and always listen to instructions.
If not, I hope that everyone will have a good time with their respective departments!
On behalf of the EXCOS, I would like to apologise if anyone of you is not given of your first choice of department! I'm sure you will enjoy your days in the Council as much as the others!
